Our Kinesiologist Véronique Toupin will guide you in adaptable movement catered to your needs in order to build strength, increase stability and most importantly having fun using all our of unique TFA equipment. This class aims to remind everyone there is no age limit to fun and we want to offer a fun means of keeping you moving!
V éronique will work with and adapt to any pre-existing condition for you to still be able to enjoy and benefit from the class. Indoor shoes are suggested for your comfort.
