Ninjakouraerial PA DAYS (Ages 5-13)

Our Ninjakouraerial PA Days are a way to have your child spend their day off away from video games or television and fully engaged in physical and mental wellness activities. We combine our Ninja, Parkour and Aerial activities to offer them a rewarding day to better learn their body mechanics, spacial awareness and a better understanding of the principles of gravity. If weather permits we also take them outdoors to play a Wacky Sport that will encourage teamwork, confidence and play.

This program is available for ages 5-13. We look forward to hosting your child's PA Day!

* PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE A BAGGED LUNCH POLICY (bring snacks and a lunch for each day).

8:30 am - EARLY DROP-OFF

9:00 am - Welcome

9:15 am - 1st Activity

10:30 am - Snack

11:00 am - 2nd Activity (Outdoors weather permitting)

12:30 pm - Lunch

1:00 pm - 3rd Activity (Outdoors weather permitting)

2:30 pm - 4th activity

3:45 pm - Clean up

4:00pm - Goodbye
