This camp aims to build resilience in your children and have them gain survival skills for the toughest situations, all while having a blast!
Watch out while you visit our facility a Zombie Apocalypse has been unleashed and campers are held up with a group of survivors who have much to teach them. Your children will be taught survival skills indoors then put them to practice outside for supply runs and scout missions.
During their week they will learn to evade the Zombie dangers by learning field tactics using stealth and hand signals to communicate with their team. In case this fails they will also be taught bow and arrow skills to target and shoot zombies before they get them and practice offensive and defensive strategies with foam weapons.
Outdoor survival is an asset if the Zombies invade our location and so campers will be taught to build shelters against the elements in loose parts and natural environments, learn about kind of safe sustenance that exist in the our Northern forests, practice offensive and defensive strategies with foam weapons, discover survival knots tying and practice apocalyptic first aid for emergency situations.
We are preparing for Zombie invasion and so campers will dabble in monster movie makeup techniques in order to blend into a horde. Our camp ends with a simulation Zombie invasion at the facility where campers will need to utilize their skills to survive in their environment, investigate for weapons and first aid supplies and try to take down the horde of Zombie volunteers or at least survive from being turned.
At the end of the week, parents will be invited to a showcase of our students' new skills against Zombie simulated challenges.
