We are excited to have our newest addition Coach Cortny offer this exciting program. She comes to us with an extensive Gymnastics, Dance, Cheer and Acrobatics background.

Welcome to your young ones introduction to the World of acrobatics!

We aim to help them explore movement safe practices through exploring rolls, tumbling, expanding flexibility and discovering core movements and body mechanics. This is a great start to help get your 5-7 year old to trick safer, get stronger, become more flexible and find a love for acrobatics. 
Acrobatic classes include a warm-up and conditioning, such as stretches, push-ups and planks.  Athletes will learn and work on a variety of skills including stands on mats, across the floor and at stations. Depending on ability, skills will differ from beginner to advanced accordingly. We make sure proper techniques and progressions are learned while being spotted for safety, to ensure proper hand placement and body shaping. All of this in the goal of ensuring safe and proper Acro technique.
