Step up from your mat to Yoga Trapeze style fitness. Build upper body and core strength in both passive and dynamic poses while having fun. You’ll also discover new ways for doing traditional poses and deep stretches!

YogaFlight is a first step into aerial that aims to increase overall strength and flexibility. 

6 week session - Our March/April session will start the week of March 20th, 2023 to the end of the week of May 1st, 2023 (no classes Easter Monday April 10th).
