Aerial Open Gym (Only for Students from past and present Pole, Sling, Shapes and Silks Classes)

Open Gym is a great opportunity to practice skills you have learned in class and to work on technique and strength training. An instructor will be there keeping an eye on things, on hand for spotting and to circulate and offer individual progressions. It is also a great moment to try out moves you've seen on social media and learn how to safely try them out.
Open gym spots are limited, however we can do buddy rotations on the same apparatus if too many show up on an evening. Each participant will select and set up their own apparatus. You'll have 50 minutes of play and then we ask you remove your apparatus in the last 5 minutes to allow a smooth transition for the next person.
Our upcoming Fall 8 week ADULT Open Gym session will start the week of September 12th, 2022 and end the week of November 14th, 2022 (no classes the week of October 10th and 31st).
