The class will introduce you a new way to enhance your overall performance and provide a deeper understanding of your muscles and how they are involved in different key stretches. THIS IS A GREAT CLASS TO COMPLIMENT OUR AERIAL CLASSES OR YOUR OWN FITNESS OR DANCE DISCIPLINES.
Our instructor Oksana will utilize her broad knowledge and incorporate a variety of tools such as blocks, chairs and our Yogawall to help you achieve desired goals.
Flexibility and Stretching class will provide you with a broad spectrum of practical knowledge and exercises in the field of stretching and flexibility so that you can apply them directly to your routine life. The benefits of stretching exercises are endless; they help in injury prevention, better muscle coordination, improved posture, enhance sports performance, increased range of motion, as well as, overall greater mental health.
