Join the workout that uses the resistance of the bungee for a low-impact, high-intensity exercise. Our 45 minute workout combines fun and effective cardio and muscle training, all while developing your coordination and your sense of balance.
We run an adult and youth drop-in bungee class twice a month, spots are limited. Barefoot is recommended for the activity but indoor shoes are accepted. For youth we recommend ages 6 and up for this program.
*Classes require a minimum of 3 participants to be run. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low attendance and offer an alternative date or time for your Bungee Workout.
