Drop-In Youth Aerial Straps

Length: 1 hour

Runs: Mondays 5:00-6:00PM


Aerial straps is a challenging apparatus that will build core strength and aerial awareness. Students will learn how to use the straps and the loops to twist, roll and maneuver themselves into various poses. If you are looking for a whole body conditioning class for your determined youth that will help them with the control and strength of their muscles, this is one tough class with many benefits. 
Please Note :
This class is not for everyone but can truly benefit those ready for the hard work and to tolerate a bit of discomfort at the beginning (strap tension on the arms). We reserve the right to put a child on probationary trial or remove them from the class if they are disturbing the lesson, are not giving effort in the class or being unsafe on the straps.
