Drop-In Class : Adult Parkour
We all know how fun it is to run, jump, climb, and move through an environment with ease. Parkour allows us to make fitness fun again. We don’t have to go through the same repeatable, tedious, and monotonous routine of traditional gyms and workout routines. You can get back to having fun through movement in our adult parkour class.
Safely relearn how to efficiently move over obstacles, climb walls, and even flip during our adult parkour class. Who would’ve thought, you could have fun while improving strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, and overall health while having fun. Classes will merge these areas of fitness together to help you conquer any obstacles in your way as well as develop strength and mastery of your own body. You choose if flipping, climbing, swinging, hanging, bar skills, parkour runs or simple bodyweight mastery is your goal and we will help you work towards it.
Parkour is the sport of moving along a route, trying to get around or through various obstacles in the quickest, safest, and most efficient manner possible, as by jumping, climbing, or running.
